What better way to start the New Year (or decade!) with an opportunity to highlight a special associate who has truly embraced Juniper’s vision. Juniper Village at Bucks County is honored to recognize these team members, most importantly, because they were nominated by our residents, families and fellow associates.
They have all demonstrated a high level of competency, provided a dedication to customer orientation and have sought a positive outlook when handling obstacles. One vital quality among them is that they have all encompassed a nurturing spirit exhibited by their compassion and attentiveness.
Honoring our associates gives us great joy, in part because we get to brag a bit about the vibrant lifestyle we provide at our community as evidenced by our team. The pulse of the community starts with the associates who adhere to the culture we have envisioned while bringing in their own dedication, personality and moxie to the role.
