We celebrated this Mexican Independence Day festival in traditional fashion. Residents, guests and even staff danced to Mexican music, wore sombreros, and feasted on chips and salsa, all while enjoying fun theme-inspired drinks. It made for the perfect Cinco De Mayo celebration!
