Juniper Communities announces the appointment of Ryan Bartell to the new position of Senior Sales Director on its leadership team. Juniper’s decision to create the position came out of a realization that while they had a concentrated training track for marketing, they did not put the same focus into their sales training, coaching and mentoring.
“This position will fill that gap,” said Cindy Longfellow, Vice President of Marketing and Sales, Juniper Communities. “Ryan will be responsible for our Director of Community Relations (DCR) on-boarding, as well as mentoring, coaching, and even ad hoc on-site sales support when needed.”
